Brad Roberts, a Kansas City native, brings over 25 years of combined experience in heavy equipment and automotive sales to his role as General Manager at Heartland Wholesale Trucks. With a background that includes seven years as GM/Sales Manager for McCarthy Auto Group and 15 years in heavy equipment sales, Brad has built a career rooted in strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Known for his level-headed and steady approach, Brad is both open-minded and solution-oriented—yet never misses a chance to have a little fun along the way. His leadership style inspires confidence and teamwork, making him a trusted guide for both customers and team members alike. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and their two sons. Whether he's golfing, biking, disc golfing, or out on the water boating with friends and family, Brad brings energy and joy to everything he does. At Heartland Wholesale Trucks, Brad is passionate about helping clients find the right equipment and ensuring the sales process is smooth, transparent, and successful. Fleet Sales Manager

Lauren Natoli, originally from Plantation, Florida, brings over a decade of experience in operations, rentals, and leasing within the automotive and transportation industry. Her career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where she successfully managed multiple branches and developed a passion for building teams and optimizing operations. She later partnered with local dealerships, playing a key role in their growth through strategic deal negotiations and auction expertise. Lauren’s deep industry knowledge, especially in heavy equipment sales, makes her a trusted resource for clients in the Class 8 truck and trailer market. Her outgoing personality, combined with her attention to detail and strong communication skills, has helped her build lasting relationships and a powerful professional network across the country. Outside of work, Lauren is always on the move—whether she’s swimming, staying active, or giving back by volunteering at her local animal shelter. Her long-term goal is to become a seed investor for aspiring college entrepreneurs, using her success to help others launch theirs. Lauren lives by the quote: “I cannot do all the good that the world needs. But the world needs all the good that I can do.” And she brings that spirit into everything she does—personally and professionally.
